Meditation changes your biology for the better, whether you feel it or not.
Attending a recent livestream event, "Evidence is the Loudest Voice", broadcast from Dr JoeDispenza's week-long meditation workshop I learned, among many other things, that;
"changes are happening in the body when we meditate whether we recognise any changes or not".
I love that.
So my insight during a recent meditation was this;
We can set up a great day by meditating early, and
We can heal an unconscious day by meditating late.
Either way, a good day is just a meditation away.
So I made up this meme based on Dr Joe Dispenza's assertion that "There are no bad meditations".
